Wellness and Women In Tech Podcast
The Wellness & Women In Tech podcast launched in April 2023. If you’re interested in a career in tech, already work in tech, or want to make the tech community more inclusive, tune in for upliftment, inspiration, and tips to live a full and nourishing life in the biz. Here, women in tech share their journey toward a healthy and whole life in the industry.
Many of us have experienced moments where we felt isolated in our careers, especially if we are part of a minority group. As someone who has been the only woman in my program or department for years, I created this podcast to help those who may feel like they are the only ones going through similar experiences. The Wellness & Women In Tech podcast provides a safe space to explore different perspectives and approaches to working in tech while highlighting the common challenges that women often encounter in the workplace.
